Once we have agreed on a competitive shipping rate for your car,trucks or personal effects, we will email you a booking form to complete. The booking form will request a few simple information such as your vehicle make/model, chassis number and engine number. We will also require the name and address of the person collecting the car in Namibia

We understand that you may be too busy to deliver the car or personal effects to the port yourself, so we have built in a car collection service from your home or office.We charge a fee for this service so please contact us for a quote. The amount you pay will depend on where you are located in the UK. A typical charge from London to Sheerness is aproximately £150.
As part of our service, we will prepare all documentation required for shipping your car from the UK to Namibia.These documents include the Bill of Lading,UK customs clearance and shipping note for delivery to the UK port for shipping.
We have regular vessels departing from the UK and transit time to Namibia is only 15 days. Your vehicle will be loaded on a car carrier vessel (RORO Ship) at Sheerness port and shipped to Walvis bay port.
AFTER SALES SERVICE
You Will also be pleased to know that we have a reliable shipping agent in Namibia that can assist you with all the customs clearance upon arrival in Namibia. We will provide you with their information upon booking your shipment with us.
If shipping your car to Zimbabwe or Botswana via Namibia, we will put the necessary notes on the shipping documents to enable you to clear the car in namibia swiftly. Please make sure you provide us with the final destination address in Zimbabw or Botswana.
